Jarrettsville "Sunflower Fields Forever" <3

Yesterday officially kicked off our Fall season, and I couldn't have asked for a better family with whom to start. This family was my very first "client", three years ago and has loved and supported me throughout this incredible journey. And I couldn't love them any more <3 !

Jim and Melinda are a beautiful example of faithfulness, love, strength, and family. They show what faith looks like when things don't turn out the way it was planned, the way "it should have been". They keep their marriage and kids their top priority, keep praying, and know that God has bigger plans for them.

Their kiddos are so happy, funny, goofy, energetic, and so much fun to be around and to photograph. We laughed so hard throughout their session, said goofy words to get giggles, and photographed feet instead of faces ;-).

Jim and Melbs, thank you so much for trusting me with your family pictures again. I treasure our time together, and greatly appreciate you giving me this opportunity to capture this part of your journey together. I love you all so much, and am so grateful for you all.
